You can download the Marks & Spencer Hong Kong App from the App Store or Google Play, and create an account by registering with the following information:

First name;
Last name;
Email address;
Mobile number;
Month of birth (optional);
Gender (optional) and
Nationality (optional).

Your Marks & Spencer Rewards membership is only applicable for use at participating M&S Hong Kong stores or on the M&S Hong Kong App, excluding purchases at in-store self-service kiosks and or on www.marksandspencer.com/hk.

Unfortunately, Marks & Spencer Rewards memberships, cashback rewards, other member offers and privileges are non-transferrable and non-shareable.

Your username is the registered email that you use when you sign up for Marks & Spencer Rewards.

Since the verification code SMS will only be sent to area code +852, +86 and +44, you need a mobile number from these areas for registration (+852 – Hong Kong, +86 – China, +44 – UK,). The mobile number used for registration must be able to receive the one-time password (OTP) validation code for you to complete the registration successfully.

Yes, offers can only be redeemed on the M&S Hong Kong App with Wi-Fi or a mobile network (5G/4G/3G) connection.

Start earning cashback rewards as soon as you start spending at any participating M&S Hong Kong stores or on the M&S Hong Kong App:

  • Spend any amount to earn 1% cashback rewards, i.e. spend HK$100 to earn HK$1 cashback
  • Cashback must be redeemed within 365 days from the date of purchase

Steps to earn cashback rewards on the M&S Hong Kong App

  2. Start ordering on the M&S Hong Kong App
  3. Cashback you have earned will be automatically updated in your Marks & Spencer Rewards account balance after purchase
  4. Cashback earning is only available when you log into your Marks & Spencer Rewards account and place orders as a Marks & Spencer Rewards member

All products that you purchase at M&S Hong Kong stores or via the M&S HK Apps, excluding gift vouchers, free gifts, or specific items which have their own terms and conditions.

Cashback earned will be reflected in your Marks & Spencer Rewards account within 24 hours from the time of purchase for purchases in-store, or time of delivery for purchases on the M&S Hong Kong App. Your cashback will become available for redemption 45 days after your cashback-earning purchase was made.

Cashback is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. However it will only become redeemable 45 days after the date of your cashback-earning purchase.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate any retrospective claim request on cashback. Marks & Spencer Rewards cashback is currently available for earning and redemption at participating M&S Hong Kong stores only.

If your entire purchase or products that you have purchased are cancelled or refunded, the respective cashback awarded will also be deducted from your Marks & Spencer Rewards account when the cancellation or refund is made, including extra bonus cashback earned in designated promotional offers.

Steps to redeem cashback in-store

  1. When you are ready to checkout, enter the amount of cashback that you wish to redeem on the M&S Hong Kong App
  2. Scan the QR code provided by the cashier to generate a redemption barcode on your App
  3. Let the cashier scan your redemption barcode
  4. The cashback will be redeemed in your current purchase, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Marks & Spencer Rewards account

Please note that once the QR is scanned, cashback will be deducted from your Marks & Spencer account for redemption right away and the action is non-reversible.

Steps to redeem cashback on M&S Hong Kong App

  1. Start ordering as a Marks & Spencer Rewards member on the M&S Hong Kong App
  2. When you are ready to checkout, click “Checkout” then enter the amount of cashback you wish to redeem under “Pay with M&S Rewards”
  3. Cashback you have redeemed will be automatically deducted from your order

Yes, cashback must be redeemed in the multiple of HK$1.

Unfortunately all cashback redemptions are non-reversible.

The cashback redeemed in your purchase will not be re-credited to your account in case the entire purchase or selected items in the purchase are refunded. Once redeemed, the cashback is non-reversible and cannot be exchanged for cash.
